1. Application and confirmation
Submitting an application does not create a reservation or payment obligation. A place is binding only after Padel Pink has confirmed the participant, communicated the final date, location, price and scope, and the participant has completed payment.
2. Included services
The services included in each gathering are stated on the relevant event page or in the personal confirmation. Travel, additional food and drinks, accommodation and personal equipment are not included unless expressly stated.
3. Cancellation by a participant
Unless the individual event confirmation states otherwise, cancellation at least seven calendar days before the event is refunded in full. For later cancellation, the fee is refunded only if the place can be filled from the waiting list. A confirmed place may not be transferred privately without Padel Pink’s approval because groups are curated personally.
4. Changes and cancellation by Padel Pink
Padel Pink may make reasonable changes to timing, venue or programme. If weather, court availability, illness or another circumstance prevents the event, Padel Pink may offer a replacement date or refund the participation fee. Further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
5. Personal suitability and responsibility
Participants take part in sporting activity on their own responsibility and must assess their personal health and fitness. Anyone who is uncertain, has relevant symptoms or is undergoing medical treatment should obtain medical advice before participating. These conditions do not exclude liability where exclusion is not legally permitted.
6. Conduct and safety
Participants must follow reasonable instructions from the venue, trainers and organisers and treat other participants respectfully. Padel Pink may exclude a participant whose conduct endangers or materially disrupts the group; statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Photography and privacy
Participation does not automatically constitute consent to photography or publication. Any identifiable photo, video, testimonial or name publication requires a separate, voluntary permission. Refusing permission does not affect participation.
